Kevin has been with Intelligent Compensation, LLC since 2016. He works on a variety of consulting assignments for clients all over the United States, as well as internationally, who are seeking to improve or update their compensation strategies and programs. These assignments include, but are not limited to, Base and Total Cash Market Studies, Developing Pay Structures and Incentive Compensation Plans, Executive and Total Compensation Studies, and Historical Compensation Analysis’.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
