Hello Members, HR Leaders, and Associates,

The Hill Country HRMA nomination committee will be seeking candidates interested in serving on our Board of Directors for the 2025 calendar year.  The nomination committee will be recommending a slate of potential officers to be elected by our Hill Country HRMA membership in the fall.

Open Board Positions for 2025:

All candidates for the Board of Directors must be Professional Members of the Chapter in good standing at the time of nomination and for their complete term of office.  Service on board is for a minimum of one year.   The maximum term for President and President-Elect is one year. The maximum term for all other board positions is two years,

    In 2025, the board will meet for one to two hours monthly in virtual meetings.  There will also be one Saturday retreat each quarter for two to three hours and will be an in-person meeting. The Quarter One and Quarter Four Meetings will be required. Meeting times will be determined by the board.

    It is more than a position - it is service to your local HR Community.  Benefits of service include:
